Hurricane-like rain for New York State this week

It’s November and that should mean we’re talking turkey, holiday decorations and bargains, and the threat of snow! While all of that is in play this month here in New York State, we can add hurricane-like rain to the list of discussions.

The predictions for the next few days are ridiculous! We will see the warm temperatures disappear and the cooler air enter. Parts of New York are watching for lake effect snow and others are worried about flooding.

Hurricane Nicole will move up the east coast after leaving Florida midweek and bring torrential rains to the region. According to Channel 2’s Patrick Hammer, some places may see up to 2 inches of rain on Friday!
